At Turnkey Industries, LLC, we specialize in the sale of industrial and commercial generators. Because our equipment is large, heavy, and high in value, our shipping and return processes differ from those of typical retail merchants. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Policy
How We Ship
All generators and industrial equipment are shipped via flatbed truck, step-deck trailer, or LTL freight, depending on unit size and weight. Turnkey Industries, LLC works with a network of vetted freight and heavy-haul carriers to deliver equipment throughout the continental United States and internationally.
Shipping Timelines
Shipping timelines vary based on unit availability, location, and carrier scheduling. Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, most domestic shipments are scheduled within 3–7 business days. Estimated transit times will be provided at the time of sale. International shipments may require additional lead time for export documentation and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Freight costs are not included in listed equipment prices. Shipping quotes are provided on a per-order basis and depend on destination, equipment weight, and any required services, such as crane offloading or liftgate service. Shipping costs will be confirmed in writing prior to finalizing your order.
Delivery Requirements
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible to large freight vehicles. This includes adequate ground clearance, road access, and any required offloading equipment (forklift, crane, etc.), unless otherwise arranged in writing with Turnkey Industries, LLC. Turnkey Industries, LLC is not liable for delays or damages resulting from inaccessible delivery sites.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon the equipment leaving our facility or the seller’s location. Turnkey Industries, LLC is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs during transit once the equipment has been released to the freight carrier.
Inspection Policy
48-Hour Inspection Window
Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect all equipment within 48 hours of receipt. If the equipment is damaged or does not match the order, the buyer must:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) at the time of delivery.
- Photograph all damage thoroughly.
- Notify Turnkey Industries in writing at sales@turnkey-industries.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify Turnkey Industries, LLC within the 48-hour window constitutes acceptance of the equipment in its delivered condition. No return or damage claims will be accepted after this period.
Returns Policy
All sales are generally final. Due to the nature of industrial equipment, all sales are considered final unless Turnkey Industries, LLC has agreed to a return in writing prior to or at the time of sale.
Approved Returns
If Turnkey Industries, LLC approves a return, the following conditions will apply:
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with no additional operating hours, modifications, or damage.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- All return freight costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Returns must be received and inspected by Turnkey Industries, LLC before any refund or credit is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Equipment that has been installed, modified, or operated beyond an initial inspection run.
- Special-order or custom-configured units.
- Parts, accessories, and electrical components once installed or used.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances: equipment may be eligible for return if it does not match the specifications confirmed in the written sales agreement, provided the discrepancy is reported within the 48-hour inspection window and a return has been formally approved in writing by Turnkey Industries, LLC.
Non-Refundable Payments
Deposits, down payments, and advance payments are non-refundable, including in cases where an order is canceled with Turnkey Industries’ consent. Orders cannot be canceled once accepted by Turnkey Industries.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days following Turnkey Industries, LLC’s receipt and verification of the returned equipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nonconforming Equipment
If the equipment is confirmed to be nonconforming following inspection, Turnkey Industries, LLC will, at its sole discretion, select one of the following remedies:
- Repair the equipment at its current location.
- Replace it with conforming equipment.
- Issue a full or partial refund or credit.
Warranty
Turnkey Industries, LLC offers a 30-Day IronClad Warranty on eligible units. Full warranty terms are available at turnkey-industries.com — View Warranty Details. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are assigned to the buyer at the time of sale. Turnkey Industries, LLC does not provide any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or external environmental factors.
